Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Cairo time) are typically dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.

During peak periods, including promotional events and sales, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Deliveries are scheduled between 10AM and 10PM, Sunday through Thursday. We kindly ask that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order, as a signature may be required upon arrival.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will return the shipment back to our warehouse.

We always strive to ensure your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, please note that delivery dates are provided as estimates by our shipping partners.
