RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Domestic Orders
You have 2 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds are eligible on full priced styles only.
- Full price items can be returned for a full refund or size exchange.
- Sale items are not eligible for a refund. All discounted styles marked as "sale" on the product page or discounted during a flash/promotional sale with a code or automatic discount can be returned.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Styles marked as "final sale - size exchange only“ on the product page are eligible for size exchange only, pending size availability. If your desired size is not available to exchange, you cannot return the item for store credit or refund.
- Swimwear pieces are not eligible for a return.
If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.
Any returns & exchange delivery fee is paid by customer.
International Orders
We will not accept and cannot process any international returns or exchanges, so please order carefully.
SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping
Orders are delivered between 1-6 working days after processing.
Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. If you wish to cancel your order please send an email as soon as possible to info@noranageelstudio.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.
International Shipping
N.A STUDIO ships internationally with the assistance of DHL. Note that we will not accept and cannot process any international returns or exchanges, so please order carefully.
If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.

DHL delivers 1-10 business days after processing.
Important to note that all orders will be shipped the following 1-2 business days, from our warehouse.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays might be delayed in processing.
Note: Costs for duties and taxes are not included in price. We ship all items delivery duty unpaid (DDU). All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Client is responsible for these costs, we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.
GIFT WRAPPING & MESSAGE
For gifts a personal note can also be added on a handwritten printed N.A STUDIO card.
If you require presents to be separately wrapped we require you to get in contact with us with your preferences info@noranageelstudio.com
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
INCORRECT/DAMAGED ORDERS
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@noranageelstudio.com to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
For domestic orders containing incorrect/damaged items, we are typically able to refund or replace the order at our expense. Note: N.A STUDIO does not take responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.
PICK UP/ SAME DAY DELIVERY
Kindly get in touch with our team at info@noranageelstudio.com. For domestic orders, when possible our team would be able to organise a pick up from our warehouse.
